Rodane Oliphant aka Symatic brings a fresh vibe to today’s
musical landscape. The St. Ann native grew up around music and
definitelyknew he wanted to be an artiste. Born to Janelle Wilson and
DonovanOliphant, Symatic grew up between St. Ann & St. Mary amongst
Five(5)other siblings while attending York Castle High School he knew
he wanted to entertain fans and do music with life messages for abetter
world. Guided by his musical mentors Tarrus Riley, Chris Martin, Romain
Virgo among others.
Symatic launched his musical career by entering Magnum Kings
& Queens in 2015 however he didn’t advance to the finals. He entered
again in 2017 and copped the top prize winning Magnum Kings &Queens
Season 10.
In mid
2017 Symatic recorded a slew of hits namely “You are mine”, “Love you
anyway”, “Owna Grave” and “Nah mind no man”,produced by Troyton Music.
All are available on digital distribution channels.
Symatic the talented one has been seen performing on many
major events in 2017 such as: Junior Reid Birthday Bash, Live Interview
with Jenny, Jenny radio program on 3/6/17 was very inspiring. Symatic
also appears on Oracabessa High with Charley Blacks on June 30, 2017
where he got the high schoolers eating out of his hands, St D’Acre
netball finals, Bigga Teen Beach Rave on July 9, 2017 held at
Margaretville, Ohio Rios, a Charity show in Port Maria on 15/7/17, Miss
Mines, and St Ann 29/7/17, he even appear on Turtle River Park Seafood
Fest in Ohio Rios, August 1, 2017, did a special appearance on Marco
Polo 1/8/17, did a great road tour on Suncity Road Run Show Tour Series
September 2017, He also did a special appearance on Bully Cats children
Treat in Pineapple Ohio Rios on December 26, 2017. Symatic recently
released his latest single “Wanna Love” in August 2019, on the Madstorm
Label .
